The accommodation is a condominium (66 sqm) which we like to use ourselves when we are in our hometown.
It consists of 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, hallway and balcony. It is equipped with parquet, laminate and tiled floors. Free WLAN is available in all rooms of the flat.
In the bedroom you will find a large double bed (1.80 * 2.00 sqm) with bedside tables, a large wardrobe and a basket for laundry. From the bedroom you have access to the balcony, which overlooks neighbouring houses and vegetation on Ulrich-Zell Str and Sechzigstr.
The living room is furnished with two pieces of antique furniture from the 1930s, a corner sofa that can be converted into a full size bed for 2 persons (1,50 * 2,00 sqm), a coffee table and a side stool. For entertainment there is a 40″ TV, CD & DVD player, and a stereo system with two big sounding boxes.
The kitchen has a kitchenette with all the essential appliances for cooking and washing and also allows independence for longer stays (see equipment list for details). There is room for 4 visitors at the kitchen table for meals.
The inside bathroom has a toilet, a washbasin and a bathtub with shower possibility. A mirror cabinet and a bathroom cabinet are available for storing personal hygiene utensils.
A small hallway serves as the entrance area, from which the path leads to the neighbouring rooms and where shoes, coats and jackets can be stored.
