The accommodation is a condominium (40 sqm) that is also used by our family.
It consists of a kitchen-living room, a living-bedroom, a bathroom, a hallway, and a balcony. It features parquet, laminate, and tile flooring. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms of the apartment.
The living-bedroom features two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 sqm) with nightstands, a large wardrobe, a desk, and a sitting area with two comfortable armchairs. From here, you have access to the balcony, which overlooks Hartwichstr. For entertainment, there is a 40-inch TV that can be rotated and swiveled. This allows you to watch TV from both the beds and the sitting area.
The kitchen-living room features a kitchenette with all the essential appliances for cooking and washing dishes, allowing for self-catering during longer stays (see the equipment list for details). The kitchen table seats 4 guests for meals. Next to it is a comfortable couch that can be converted into a full-size bed for 2 people (1.40 x 2.00 sqm).
The en-suite bathroom features a toilet, a sink, and a bathtub with a shower. A mirror cabinet and a bathroom vanity are provided for storing personal hygiene items.
A small entryway serves as the entrance area, leading to the adjacent rooms and providing a place to store shoes, coats, and jackets.
